I purchased a MY 2010 528XI from BMW of Bloomfield last month and I must say it was probably the best experience I ever had on a new car purchase. I just want to thank EVERYONE at BMW of Bloomfield for helping me get into my dream car - a white Certified Pre-owned BMW X3 with beige interior! Not only did they have a few X3s to choose from, the customer service was OUTSTANDING! I felt comfortable with my purchase and everyone there went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me and make me feel important. I had spoken to a few other dealerships in the area prior to visiting Bloomfield and was given attitude and made to feel like they didn't care if they got my business or not. "Mo", Mohamed, and Victor were some of the nicest down to earth car salesmen I've ever met. I went to them with an offer, and they made it happen!!!! I was truly surprised and impressed with the way I was treated there and I would encourage everyone I know to go to BMW of Bloomfield! More
This is my second review about this dealership so far. I scheduled an appointment with Flavio and He was very courteous and excellent in communicating with me. He gave me a courtest vehicle anticipating that the work would take a lot of time.The service techinician took his time in fixing the rear brake cover and the rear glass and tested it so that the circuit is in a running condition. Flavio was constantly replying back and forth to me regarding the status of the vehicle and i guess around 25 emails were exchanged between us. And i surely need to tell you all about this. I wanted the BMW assist to be activated.And i think Flavio forgot to mention that there was a cost associated with this work. But when i went back to pick up the car they told me that it costed $72 dollars and i was very disaapointed that they havent told me in the beginning.But flavio immediately waived the cost and made sure i went home happy. I am really happy that i found such nice people and after this incident , i recommended most of my friends to go to Bloomfield and rightly so everyone were happy with the dealership. I have been to 4 states in USA and i bought cars from different dealerships but i can tell you that there can be only a few dealerships which are as good as BMW of Bloomfield. I will keep writing all my experinces with Bloomfield dealership regularly and i really wish everyone else do the same . Becuase they are really very nice people who know how to make the customers love them. More
Just visited the new BMW of Bloomfield service facility.... all I can say is WOW! I walked into a whole new experience of BMW. Not only was the experience with my service writer beyond my expectat facility.... all I can say is WOW! I walked into a whole new experience of BMW. Not only was the experience with my service writer beyond my expectations but the whole feeling and vibe in the new facility was off the charts. I highly recommend any BMW owner to visit this facility, nicest center I have seen in Northern New Jersey, additional surrounded by some awesome resturants and shops. More
Pamela DeLorenzo was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable, returned every phone call, and answered every question. She introduced me to a car that I wouldn't have known I wanted without her ass knowledgeable, returned every phone call, and answered every question. My experience with Pamela DeLorenzo and Bloomfield BMW was very positive. She was very curtious and attentive to my needs. I was given alot of time to make my decision with very little pressure. My experience at the Bloomfield service dept has been mixed. I am now finding several recurring issues. A leak that leaves standing water on my floorboards is the most annoying with the same solution pro mixed. I am now finding several recurring issues. A leak that leaves standing water on my floorboards is the most annoying with the same solution proposed by BMW service (clean out the sunroof drain @ $125/hr again). No thanks. It seems to me that the dealer is trying to turn the car around as quickly as possible, which makes sense at a place like BMW (mostly new cars, still under warranty - the customer doesn't feel the level of technical service they are or are not getting because they're not paying for it). I just think they've dropped the ball for those of us who want more out of a $40K+ vehicle than 50,000 miles. This is the 3rd repeat repair I have had with BMW. That's not my service person's fault - it seems like a business model / upper management issue to me - they forget the people who are not turning their car over every 4 years and are actually paying for their misdiagnoses and failed repairs. The gripe I have with BMW Bloomfield was that I found no support or flexibility when I spoke to the service manager on the repeat repair and I was told that they are following their protocol (which has still not lead to successful diagnosis of the leak after how many years of trying). It's time to step outside the box if you have to and deliver actual repairs, not just coffee and a smile. I am really disappointed with BMW and I won't be buying another one. More
