BMW of Bloomfield

Am original owner of my 1992 E-36 (3 Series). Arrived at dealer absolutely cold and with vehicle on flat bed. I selected BMW Bloomfield because of this website. I chose them because of the write ups concerning communication between customer, ability to listen to customer, quality of work and fairness of cost. My problem was solved. The problem involved getting beyond the usual computer diagnosis. They took their time, focused their knowledge using deductive reasoning and solved the problem without tearing the car apart. My service representative, Jin Yoon was extremely helpful. I called the dealership cold and was placed with him. Spoke with Jin before bringing the car in for repair. He remained in constant communication with me, informed me of what was being done to find the problem, solve the problem and the costs involved. Jin and the people at BMW Bloomfield worked to be as fair as possible. They succeeded. I might add that I am an involved owner who does not offer praise easily. However, the service department, those who analyzed my car's problem, those who repaired the vehicle and Jin who interfaced with the customer (I) and the shop, did a great job. I recommend this shop. They are fair. It is important for the customer to communicate with the service rep and give a much information beforehand as possible. That way the shop can focus upon the symptoms and save everyone time. These are complicated cars. Jin and everyone there put me back on the road with a smile on my face. And I don't compliment easily. More

I purchased a MY 2010 528XI from BMW of Bloomfield last month and I must say it was probably the best experience I ever had on a new car purchase. This is my second review about this dealership so far. I scheduled an appointment with Flavio and He was very courteous and excellent in communicating with me. He gave me a courtest vehicle anticipating that the work would take a lot of time.The service techinician took his time in fixing the rear brake cover and the rear glass and tested it so that the circuit is in a running condition. Flavio was constantly replying back and forth to me regarding the status of the vehicle and i guess around 25 emails were exchanged between us. And i surely need to tell you all about this. I wanted the BMW assist to be activated.And i think Flavio forgot to mention that there was a cost associated with this work. But when i went back to pick up the car they told me that it costed $72 dollars and i was very disaapointed that they havent told me in the beginning.But flavio immediately waived the cost and made sure i went home happy. I am really happy that i found such nice people and after this incident , i recommended most of my friends to go to Bloomfield and rightly so everyone were happy with the dealership. I have been to 4 states in USA and i bought cars from different dealerships but i can tell you that there can be only a few dealerships which are as good as BMW of Bloomfield. I will keep writing all my experinces with Bloomfield dealership regularly and i really wish everyone else do the same . Becuase they are really very nice people who know how to make the customers love them. More

Just visited the new BMW of Bloomfield service facility.... all I can say is WOW! I walked into a whole new experience of BMW. Not only was the experience with my service writer beyond my expectat facility.... all I can say is WOW! I walked into a whole new experience of BMW. I highly recommend any BMW owner to visit this facility, nicest center I have seen in Northern New Jersey, additional surrounded by some awesome resturants and shops. More
