I've been to a few BMW dealerships and dealt with quite a few advisors but I can honestly say Bernard is the best! Hands down. I go in and try to explain my problem and he can tell me right away what the pro few advisors but I can honestly say Bernard is the best! Hands down. I go in and try to explain my problem and he can tell me right away what the problem is and approx. How much it will cost me off the top of his head. He works with my budget and tells me what's essential or what I can hold off on. He doesn't try to push things on me to make a buck. He's also the friendliest advisor I've worked with, he explains so I can understand an has virtually adopted my 2003 X5 with 167miles and counting, 200m per day vehicle. Last year alone spent over $20k fixing my truck and Bernard has done an outstanding job of taking care of my vehicle and my wallet as much as he can. So everytime I have a problem with my truck the first person I call is Bernard. Besides Bernard, because I'm a regular customer at Bloomfield BMW, ive gotten to know a quite a few of the employees there. Bryan and Pedro in parts, the ladies at Service reception and the valets. Everyone is nice and friendly. They try to be as helpful as possible and I've never had a bad experience at this particular dealership. BMW Bloomfield gets top ratings from this customer. More

My first experience with Service at Bloomfield BMW was remarkable. From the moment I dropped off my 530i to when I picked it up, my service advisor, Rich Pescatore exceeded my expectations in service qua remarkable. He was able to set me up with a loaner, answered all my questions in a manner I could understand and most importantly to me, I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I hope this information benefits someone who decides to buy a CPO from BMW of Bloomfield. This is an excerpt of the letter I sent to Greg Holloway's office and BMW NA some time ago: " During the comple buy a CPO from BMW of Bloomfield. This is an excerpt of the letter I sent to Greg Holloway's office and BMW NA some time ago: " During the completion of my sale, I was told that I had to accept the BMW credit card in order receive the promotional financing rate. I specifically asked if there is any way to get the promotional rate without signing the credit card agreement, I was again told flat out NO and that I should take the card and immediately cancel it if I didn't want. Upon receiving the card, I called to cancel and recounted the information I was told by the dealership. The credit card representative told me that the dealer had lied to me and that there was no requirement to take the credit card in order to get the financing for the car. As I suspected, the representative confirmed that your dealership receives a financial incentive for signing up new card members. Finally, I was told by Bill that a separate entry for the credit card would not be made on my credit report. I recently received an updated credit report complete with an entry for the BMW Credit Card confirming another lie. " I left out the part where Bill decided to try to embarrass me since I wanted to take 5 minutes and READ THE CONTRACT I WAS SIGNING. He went off the handle saying that in his x years of experience no one has ever read the contract. Needless to say I would avoid purchasing another car from BMW of Bloomfield specifically to avoid the end of sale shenanigans More
I decided to get my car serviced by the dealership (even though it was 40 miles away from my home) after reading the reviews on this website. It was a mistake. They could not be more careless. I had asked them to look into some problems with my car along with the regular service maintenance. Not only did they not fixed my problems instead they removed parts off my car without bothering to fix them. I went early morning at 8 am gave them the car. They did not provide me with a loaner since they were out and I had to get a friend to pick me up. Their representative told me that he will call me as soon as they are done, and it should be done today. Instead nobody called me and when I called them in the evening multiple times they told me that i can pick up the car only next day. They did not have the basic courtesy inform me of the delay. When I went back to pick up the car I found that they had not done anything about the problems that I had pointed out. (My steering was creaking, left front wheel rim was bent, and other issues.) When I asked them about it they just asked me to reschedule. When I went back home I found that they had taken parts off my wiper and covering on my tail light and never bother to replace it back. Furthermore they did not even have the courtesy to fill up my washer fluid. I completely regret going to them and would strongly advise against getting service from them. More
