I think i received a very fair price on my trade-in (more than i was offered at two other dealers) and was pleased with the discount fro Bloomfield. Although they had a car with the colors and options very similar car to the one i wanted on the lot, they didn't try to push me into it, and found the EXACT car that i wanted and arranged to have it to their dealership over a holiday weekend. Worked with Jin Yoon, a service rep. He was professional and helpful and I hope to deal with him on my next trip to BMW of Bloomfield. My problem revolves around the fact that I have to repeatedly fix some and helpful and I hope to deal with him on my next trip to BMW of Bloomfield. I've taken both my cars to Rich for service and other questions and every time I go to him, he takes the time to listen, find out the correct information and make sure things are right with my car.
