Best service I have ever had in a dealership. I made an inquiry online one day before going to the dealership and received their response email/phone call early next day morning saying that they are pretty inquiry online one day before going to the dealership and received their response email/phone call early next day morning saying that they are pretty confident to get the number I wanted. So we (my wife and I) went there 2 hours later. Kevin and Charles worked with us and they did not push anything we didn't want to us! Kevin and us built a car online with only the option we wanted without "selling" any extra to us. They got a similar car in stock! Kevin showed us the car, which is newly imported one week ago with only 9 miles and nobody even tested drive before. He answered all our questions and he was as excited as we did about the 335i xDrive coupe. However, we got a pricing issue that the car they have is 2500 dollars MSRP more than than the one we built together. Amazingly, we still reached a deal with exactly the same number as I expected. When worked with us on financing, Charles was very down to earth and there was no tricks in the number calculation. He is super efficient on explaining the number and reaching a deal. He is willing to explain all the variables affecting the final payment and didn't play any games. After we reached a deal, I filled out the credit application and everything worked out fine. Again, to our surprise, when we spoke with their financial manager Jim, he was able to put us into super elite and saved us a lot on interest, what we didn't even asked for. Through the whole process, we were treated very well and all their staffs are super easy going. They made the whole buying experience trick free and worry free. When we decided to purchase a 335i xDrive coupe, my wife kept telling me to be patient since it is really hard to get the model suits our needs perfectly. She told me that we will drive away one whenever we go into a dealership and feel everything is so right. Kevin, Charles and Jim made us have the feeling my wife talked about and we found no reason not driving the car home! Still feel excited about my new coupe now. Will come back to review their service once my car is due on maintenance. More
I recently received my 2011 BMW M3 from BMW of Bloomfield. They were extremely professional in all aspects of the transaction, especially Alaa Ahmed, the salesperson I was working with. They explained everything I needed to know in great detail including all my options and helped to figure out what would be the best way to move forward. I explained to them what I was looing for and we eventually came to the conclusion of the M3 Convertible which had a very attractive special going on at the time and turned out to be the best option for me. I special ordered the car and Alaa was keeping me informed every step of the way and also went above and beyond the call of duty as he was able to get me the car a few days earlier than expected. On the day I went to pick up the car, the finance manager, Ivan Romero was also very helpful and answered all the questions I had related to the purchase. I would like to thank everyone I was able to work with at BMW of Bloomfield for making my experience a pleasant one. I would recommend to anyone considering a BMW as their next car to go to Bloomfield, and I will definitely be going there for any future BMW purchases. More

There is one person in the service department, Mr. Chris Vender ( service advisor); He is very patients to listen cares about customer satisfaction. Compare to other dealship, most of the time they just want to get rid of you. But Chris will assist you until your full satisfaction. I'll give him a rating of 100% of great service and the way he cares about his customers. With the end of my lease coming to an end, I began looking at new cars about a month or so ago. I was pretty dead set on an Audi A5. I met with two dealers and started getting numbers on the 2012 A looking at new cars about a month or so ago. I was pretty dead set on an Audi A5. I met with two dealers and started getting numbers on the 2012 A5 that I was interested in. The numbers that I got seemed rather high for a car at the MSRP I built. Doing my due diligence, I drove to BMW of Bloomfield to test drive and get prices for a 335i. At the dealership, I was enthusiastically met by Alaa Ahmed. Initially, I figured him to be just another car salesman. After talking about what I was looking for in a car, Alaa was able to generate some preliminary numbers for me and arrange a test drive in a 335i. The more I talked to him, the more I found Alaa to be a "car guy" first and a salesman second. After the test drive, we began talking more about numbers and I inquired about an X5 on the showroom floor. Alaa quickly got a number for me, but then said I could get into a 2011 M3 convertible at similar numbers. He advised me of the program BMW was running at the time on M3 convertibles, and frankly, I was floored. I almost thought it was not possible, just another "sales technique." I told him I had to think about it over the weekend. I returned to the dealer the following Tuesday and explored the M3 option further. Alaa showed me the inventory of current and production cars that were eligible in the program. I again was intrigued by the possibility on getting a "dream car." The A5 was now dead in the water. In retrospect, I cannot believe I considered the A5 after the M3 became an option. M3's are not compared to A5's or even S5's, they are compared to the RS5 and the M3 still beat it out in comparisons. I still had a lot to think about, so I made another appointment to meet with Alaa the following Saturday. Saturday came and I met with Alaa again. After showing me the inventory of cars again, I was able to find one that interested me based on exterior, interior, and features. Alaa again ran numbers for me. After I looked at the numbers, I still couldn't believe I may be driving an M3. I finally decided to put a deposit on a silverstone with black interior. Alaa informed the vehicle was out of state, and the dealership would have to acquire the vehicle. He told me he would find out on Monday. The weekend dragged with anticipation and I received a call from Alaa on Monday morning. They were able to get the car!!! Now everything started moving very fast. He gave me an estimated delivery date and I started making plans on picking up the car. I tried not to call him every day to check on the delivery date like I wanted to do, so I waited patiently and I got the call on Friday night that my car was in! He arranged for Saturday delivery, but due to my work schedule, I could not make it in to the dealership. Alaa said no problem, and we made an appointment for Monday AM delivery. After one of the longest weekends of my life, Monday morning came. I got a ride to the dealership and the first thing I saw when I pulled up was MY CAR! I could barely contain my excitement as I walked inside. I was met by Alaa before I got to the door, and believe it or not- he looked happier than I did about the car. Prior to my arrival, Alaa took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company, so there was one less headache when I got there. I met with their business manager, Ivan (I apologize I forgot his last name), to complete the paperwork. Ivan was professional and very easy to deal with. The paperwork was completed hassle free. Ivan and Alaa handed me the keys to my 2011 M3 convertible. Alaa gave me a thorough introduction to the vehicle's features before I left the dealer. Now it was finally time to drive, and I was praying that I wouldn't embarrass myself by stalling out in the lot. Luckily, I didn't and I hit the Parkway with my new car. An M3 convertible. Who would have ever thought? Everyone at the dealer appeared to me to be very customer oriented and friendly. From Alaa, to Ivan, to reception, to service, all were all very accommodating on all my visits to the dealer. Alaa and Ivan's professionalism and diligence made this experience pleasant. The price that I got for the vehicle I got still amazes people when they ask. In closing, I have no qualms in referring anyone, and a ton of people have already asked me where I got my car, to BMW of Bloomfield and specifically, Alaa Ahmed. I look forward to seeing Alaa again when I pick up my license plates and my subsequent service appointments- did I mention this is included for the first four years? An M3 convertible. We leased a 2011 BMW X6 from Helen. She was very helpful in determining the type of vehicle we needed as well as the lease vs buy option. She took the time to explain all of the vehicles options/packages/f in determining the type of vehicle we needed as well as the lease vs buy option. She took the time to explain all of the vehicles options/packages/functions without pressuring and/or being pushy. But perhaps our most pleasant surprise with Helen was that the relationship did not end with the sale. A few days after the vehicle was delivered we noticed a hum coming from the engine. WIthin 24 hours they sent a driver with a loaner. Helen also assisted us with negotiating some credits from BMW. She truly gave us world class service. More

He answered all of my questions and spent over an hour showing me all the features of the car after I leased it. My trip into service was just as good with both Craig and Keith helping me and taking the time to explain as well as answer all of my questions. I went to 3 other BMW dealerships before going to BMW of Bloomfield. While this seems a bit overboard, it paid off as they were the only one to meet and exceed my expectations. No need to ever look at another dealer again... More
