This dealership does not adhere to brand values nor care about a customer when issues arrive. The culture from top down GM and of a parent company is unacceptable. Purchased a car in Nov of 2020 and the deal was miss handled ever which way including legal retaliation to my belief be handled in court. The GM has chosen not to work for an amicable resolution but enables to my belief this culture and invites lawsuits to occur against their public company. Poor service poor communication and they have received a 0 on bmw customer satisfaction survey. I would stay clear of this dealership to my belief shall you not want a headache or want to feel some brand value of a customer relationship moving forward. Very sad and poor management. More

Bob K. was able to get us a terrific deal in a beautiful new 2021 330ixdrive lease. He also delivered it which was great convenience. Sameer was also great to work with. Looked at renewing vs. going with Te new 2021 330ixdrive lease. He also delivered it which was great convenience. Sameer was also great to work with. Spent time working a deal for a BMW M2 CS. Contacted BMW of Bloomfield's internet sales department, who confirmed they would sell the car at MSRP and passed me to a Client Advisor. Client Advisor also conf of Bloomfield's internet sales department, who confirmed they would sell the car at MSRP and passed me to a Client Advisor. Client Advisor also confirmed they would sell the car at list price, and I took a drive to see the car in person. Pulled my deposit on a car at a different dealership, called the Client Advisor back, who then said they wanted $20k over MSRP for the car and that they never indicated they would sell the car at list price. Lost my car at the other dealership. There are a number of great BMW dealerships in NJ who are fair and straightforward, and I'd highly recommend customers steer clear from a dealership that operates this. If they are pulling these shady tactics on cars like the M2, they are definitely doing the same for other deals on the non-performance cars. More

Brought the car in for some simple warranty repairs and instead of addressing the items of concern they replaced motor mounts (on a near new car) that I never experienced in 6000 miles of driving but they instead of addressing the items of concern they replaced motor mounts (on a near new car) that I never experienced in 6000 miles of driving but they heard and filed a complaint under my name. Then promised they would give a fair resolution until GM William Finsilver called and was anything but polite. READ YOUR SERVICE REPORTS. They think i should be thankful to have motor mounts done on a near new car that I never heard in 6k miles but they heard in 1 never once calling me to advise or telling me ever. Top it off my issues werent addressed so I wont be returning More
