Clearly as stated in this review, the culture of this public company not adhering to brand values and mission statements begins from top down. To my belief, Mr. Finsilver had my direct contact information as this dealership had sold me a vehicle and Mr. Finsilver has communicated via email multiple times prior though choose to not respond when offered an amicable resolution prior to a lawsuit being filed on 1/13/21 against this dealership. Shall you be in the market for a bmw vehicle, to my belief, I would stay clear of this dealership as they do not value a customer during or after sale and the GM along with Lithia corporate ( the public company owners under the DCH auto group brand prefers a customer lawsuit then resolution. This matter will be decided in a NJ court now. To my belief, if you want to avoid a headache, Stay clear of this dealership as there are many other options within the same area that value their customers business and this dealership fails at all levels of service.

Mr. Chang and I exchanged voicemails with each other or to him going on vacation, it is now January 8 and I have had zero replies from anyone which makes it more than three weeks past the last voicemail. It’s a new year and I’ll move on and make sure that the dealership will never get a single recommendation from me to anyone. The two main reasons I purchase from them was for the equipment on the car and also the company I work for purchases fleet cars from them but that’s my mistake for thinking I would get decent service, we live and learn.
