Worked with Jin Yoon, a service rep. He was professional and helpful and I hope to deal with him on my next trip to BMW of Bloomfield. I've taken both my cars to Rich for service and other questions and every time I go to him, he takes the time to listen, find out the correct information and make sure things are right with my car.
