Overall experience was great. All 3 gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgable. The process was smooth. My only issue was that of the Drive for USA promotion. I felt like the "$1000 discount" got lo helpful and knowledgable. The process was smooth. My only issue was that of the Drive for USA promotion. I felt like the "$1000 discount" got lost in the process of negotiating. Prices were being thrown around and no where did the discount appear on the dealer screen. More

Alaaa Ahmed is the man!!!!! He is truly a good salesman that really trys hard to get you want you want at the best price for you with your credit score!!! Thomas has been helping me with a X5 that I purchased in Nov or '10 from another dealer. It was a certified preowned and has been riddled with issues since the time of purchase. Even-though the issues are reoccurring BMW of Bloomfield has been great to us. They have acted as a lobbying party to corporate and have given us an open door policy trying to help solve this issue. I am an owner of multiple BMW's, but after the experience that I had with the dealer that I purchased the car from I was ready to swear off the entire brand! Thomas helped calm both myself and my wife down and is making me a believer in Bloomfield's service and restoring our belief in the brand. Hopefully we will come to some sort of solution with this X5, but I know that my other BMW's will continue to be serviced at Bloomfield and when the time comes for another vehicle there will be only one location that I will be going to. More
