I have been coming to BMW of Bloomfield for the last 6 years to service my vehicles. Tom Pavone is very passionate in his work. He made sure he followed through in making sure the problem was fixed. He also made sure that if the problem could not get resolved in a timely manner he would le he followed through in making sure the problem was fixed. Jim Crowe is the most professional person I've dealt with at any dealership. Anytime I've had any issue with my 335xi I was told to bring it in immediately without any appt.
