In the past 4 years I have been to 3 New Jersey BMW dealerships. I thought that's it service at all of them are terrible and I will never purchase another BMW again I couldn't wait to trade in my BMW dealerships. I thought that's it service at all of them are terrible and I will never purchase another BMW again I couldn't wait to trade in my BMW and get another car.....until I walked into BMW of Bloomfield. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Pavone. I brought my car in because my X5 was making a terrible noise and another BMW dealership told me I needed to replace the lower control arms for about $800. I spoke with Tom and he told me to bring the car in. In a few hours he called me and told me that my control arms were fine and all my car needed was some lubricant. I picked the car up and the noise has since been gone!!! I not only saved $800 I was treated like a human being. Tom was so respectful and HONEST I could not believe it. Although, the dealership was extremely busy, he sat down with me and explained everything to me in detail. He even went over future warranty options for me. He was so courteous and respectful I honestly cannot explain it. After my experience with Tom I will never step foot into another dealership again! In conclusion, Tom Pavone is an asset to this dealership and good people like him are extremely hard to find! Thanks Tom for making my experience pleasurable and making me have faith in BMW again! More

Buying a new car is always a traumatic experience, but the "gang" at BMW of Bloomfield created a smooth, pleasant experience. We never expected to leave with a new car, but all the paperwork was handled the "gang" at BMW of Bloomfield created a smooth, pleasant experience. We never expected to leave with a new car, but all the paperwork was handled efficiently. We live in Florida, but that fact did not pose a problem for the dealer. They called our insurance company and transferred our policy to the new car. They called Florida to get the transfer fees. They got the car ready and we were headed home in 4 1/2 hours from the time we entered the dealership. They even fed us lunch. All in all, it was as enjoyable as buying a new car can be. More

My visit to Bloomfield BMW was wonderful. The service manager Jim Crowe geeted me and remembered my name and why I was there. He led me to the service rep who would be helping me, Jin, who was a pleasur manager Jim Crowe geeted me and remembered my name and why I was there. They gave me a price quote that was cheaper than expected and then called me for approval when it appeared additional work was needed. The car was ready before the agreed time and it has never run better. I recoommend Bloomfield BMW to all my friends. More
