I thought I would be haggling nickels and dime with the price as the usual experience.However, I only had to gave Shahid what I thought I should pay for the car and he came back to me what I thought was a very fair price for the car. Got the car same day,the dealership worked fast to get the paperwork done in no time. The staff were all friendly and accomodating....special thanks to the utility personnel who gave my kids water from the fridge. Thanks also to Ivan for the no pressure, no hassle service, explained as accurately and as simply all the documents we had to sign. Long story short, I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends especially Shahid Saleem. They are very easy to work with and doesn't use pressure selling...and most of all they are honest and straight to the point. More

I had been searching for a used low mileage Z-4si for some time and found one that met my specifications at BMW of Bloomfield, NJ. Eric Gross, Henry Intriago, Alaa Ahmed, and Ivan Romero provide me with absolutely outstanding service and met, or in most instances exceeded, all my expectations. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous in every instance. Of all the car purchasing experiences that I have had over the years, my experience at BMW of Bloomfield was at the top. The first time I came to BMW of Bloomfield I I met with Mike Grillo and we were actually able to make a deal in about 40 mins or less!! The day before I was at another BMW dealer for 3 and a half hours jus Mike Grillo and we were actually able to make a deal in about 40 mins or less!! The day before I was at another BMW dealer for 3 and a half hours just to be jerked around. I couldn't have asked for a better sales agent than Mike so when I was ready to trade up I went right back to him. He and his supervisor Muhammed remembered me right away and we closed another deal right away. The people at this dealership are very straightfoward, friendly and honest. When I arrived to this dealership, I was paired up with Alaa Ahmed, who turned out to be one of the best advisors I had ever worke with Park Ave BMW. He is a very knowledgeable advisor and knows alot of history about BMW and even other makes of cars. I felt he is a real car person, and this was further discovered the more I got to know him. The whole purchase experience went smooth. The only problem we seemed to encounter was with the approval with my personal business. I did have doubts about our company getting the five series, but sure enough my fears were pushed aside and I received a phone call from Wayne telling me "congrats, you are approved" I was very excited, and couldn't wait to get into my new five series. I must say im soo very happy with my buying experience here at BMW of Bloomfield, and will certainly let all my clients and friends know about the great treatment I received here. THANK YOU GUYS!!
