The first time I came to BMW of Bloomfield I I met with Mike Grillo and we were actually able to make a deal in about 40 mins or less!! The day before I was at another BMW dealer for 3 and a half hours jus Mike Grillo and we were actually able to make a deal in about 40 mins or less!! The day before I was at another BMW dealer for 3 and a half hours just to be jerked around. I couldn't have asked for a better sales agent than Mike so when I was ready to trade up I went right back to him. He and his supervisor Muhammed remembered me right away and we closed another deal right away. The people at this dealership are very straightfoward, friendly and honest. The best part is they're quick. I was very pleased at how quick I was able to get in, pick up my new truck and get out! Thanks guys. More

I came to this dealership after being very frustrated with Park Ave BMW. When I arrived to this dealership, I was paired up with Alaa Ahmed, who turned out to be one of the best advisors I had ever worke with Park Ave BMW. When I arrived to this dealership, I was paired up with Alaa Ahmed, who turned out to be one of the best advisors I had ever worked with. He is a very knowledgeable advisor and knows alot of history about BMW and even other makes of cars. I felt he is a real car person, and this was further discovered the more I got to know him. The whole purchase experience went smooth. The only problem we seemed to encounter was with the approval with my personal business. I did have doubts about our company getting the five series, but sure enough my fears were pushed aside and I received a phone call from Wayne telling me "congrats, you are approved" I was very excited, and couldn't wait to get into my new five series. I must say im soo very happy with my buying experience here at BMW of Bloomfield, and will certainly let all my clients and friends know about the great treatment I received here. THANK YOU GUYS!! Craig and Rich are great to deal with and are very accommodating and knowledgeable. Craig always makes sure to fit me in for a service appointment when needed. In the past 4 years I have been to 3 New Jersey BMW dealerships. I thought that's it service at all of them are terrible and I will never purchase another BMW again I couldn't wait to trade in my BMW dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Pavone. I brought my car in because my X5 was making a terrible noise and another BMW dealership told me I needed to replace the lower control arms for about $800. I spoke with Tom and he told me to bring the car in. In a few hours he called me and told me that my control arms were fine and all my car needed was some lubricant. I picked the car up and the noise has since been gone!!! I not only saved $800 I was treated like a human being. Tom was so respectful and HONEST I could not believe it. Although, the dealership was extremely busy, he sat down with me and explained everything to me in detail. He even went over future warranty options for me. He was so courteous and respectful I honestly cannot explain it. After my experience with Tom I will never step foot into another dealership again! In conclusion, Tom Pavone is an asset to this dealership and good people like him are extremely hard to find! Thanks Tom for making my experience pleasurable and making me have faith in BMW again!
