I was tricked by small car dealer and bought a car that actually doesn't fit me. I planed to trade in it and buy a new car.But, I met big troubles while I traded in my car. The small car dealer was playing game with me. To use my money, he didn't process my title till I was going to trade in my car. I was very angry and don't know how to solve this problem. Fortunately, Wayne treated me as a friend. he said he would try his best to help me fix this problem. Actuall, he did! he made many phone calls for me although he was extremly busy in helping other people. Finally, my problem was solved. I was moved by his kindly help. I feel that Wayne is a kind of salespeople who cares his customer's benefits more than the immediate interest. So, I believe Wayne and his store are going to earn more business by their great services. Additionally, Wayne is very professional in helping customers select the best car for them.Wayne gave me many useful suggeations for chose a car. It was a gorgeous day to buy a car, and Adam Tayel was a the man to deal with.
