Unfortunately, there was a little miscommunication with another client adviser which left me feeling indifferent about purchasing the vehicle. Regardless, Alaa stepped up and got me an outstanding deal on my very first BMW. He gives you straight forward answers to all your questions, no matter how many, or how silly. Another BIG point is the fact that other dealers talk down to women. This is most definitely NOT the case at Bloomfield BMW. Talking with Mike and arriving at a deal with Mike is like visiting with an old and trusted friend. He treats his customers with respect and considers one's vehicle preferences, while also keeping in mind what you wish to spend.
