The General Manager responded to this review and made up for my time and bad experience. He has redeemed my faith in car dealerships and customer service. He actually cares about the customers. I never thought anyone would ever even read this, let alone address it. The GM responded and did what he said he would do. I am amazed. When I am in the market to buy a car in the future, I now would consider this dealership again. The GM here has really impressed me. I sincerely thank you for the accessories for my BMW!!
