I had been searching for a used low mileage 3 series Xi for some time and found one that met my specifications through the Bloomfield BMW website. Coming from Pennsylvania, I had to drive over 100 miles (o for some time and found one that met my specifications through the Bloomfield BMW website. Coming from Pennsylvania, I had to drive over 100 miles (one way) to the dealership - needless to say I did not want a run-around or to waste my time or that of the sales staff. There were originally some communication issues and much my disappointment the car I had come to purchase was sold just the day before. Henry and Sal assured me that they would do whatever it took to get me the car a wanted at a very reasonable deal. All they asked for was my patience. Well, did they come through. They got me a newer car with lower mileage for a "sweet deal". I was not looking at that new a car because I did not think I could afford it but the price was thousands less than anything within 500 miles. Henry, Sal, and Ivan provide me with absolutely outstanding service and met, or in most instances exceeded, all my expectations. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous during the whole process. Even though I reside in PA, I would recommend to any of my friends that are interested in purchasing a BMW that they take the time to travel to Bloomfield BMW - they will not be disappointed. More

I found the car I wanted on their website. Met with Client Advisor Alaa Ahmed and checked out the car. Everything was as described online. Alaa worked with me to make the deal come together. We purchased a new 2011 328i, our first BMW,last Saturday from this dealership. I don't know where to begin my review. Alaa Ahmed is by far the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. Even though I had been talking to Alaa through email the week prior, and he told me he could get me in the 328i for the price I was comfortable with, and out of my current finance, I walked in the dealership a little skeptical that the numbers would actually work (how many times have you heard that from a salesman and it doesn't work out!). Let me tell you, I could not be happier with the price he gave us on the car. When he asked me what color I wanted the car and interior, he remembered from previous conversation I liked black with the saddle brown interior! I could not be happier he suggested that, it looks amazing! I have not one complaint about my experience. For buying my first BMW, I am happy I dealt with Alaa, he made the entire process painless. I am already looking forward to purchasing my next BMW from him in a few years. If anyone is thinking about going to this dealership- make sure you see Alaa!! Purchased a new X5 35ixdrive Sport. Went to other dealerships and got the run around despite knowing exactly what I wanted and just needed to purchase it from a dealer. Bloomfield came in at the right price and upon pickup of the vehicle spent an extensive amount of time reviewing how to operate the vehicle (even after hours on a Friday - they closed at 8:00pm and we didn't leave until at least 9:00pm). The Finance person was also very friendly and made it a pleasureable buying experience (I forget his name). More

Adam Tayel - sales - He was very professional and straight forward at all times. He did not push me too hard to buy the 535xi that I ultimately bought from him and spent a large amount of time helpi straight forward at all times. He gave me honest information and his honest opinion on all the questions I asked He was very helpful in explaining all the financing incentives that BMW financing was offering and how they would benefit me. The only time I thought he may have been stretching the truth was when he said there were a few people waiting to look at the car if I didn't get it, but he wouldn't be a good salesman if he didn't do something like that to push me along. Besides that one thing he did nothing to pressure me and I will recommend him and his dealership to anyone who asks me where I got my beautiful car. Greg Goldenberg - financing - He made the process of financing as painless and quick as possible. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful with the details of the warranties and remaining maintenance coverage. Kalesa Basden - internet sales - She was my initial contact through the website that I saw the car. She responded quickly to all my initial questions. Each time I walked into the dealership she took out time to walk over and greet me with a big smile and a warm hello. More

There was a man name Gorden with customers who said he would help me when he was finished. everyone else ignored me. I had to walk through smokers to get back in my car. I paid to park for no reason. i purchased at another establishment same day. update: general manager reached out to me with what,I feel is sincere apology. I made an appointment to see a specific used car. My name was plastered on video monitors for appointment. This is the dumbest idea car dealerships have had yet. The last thing I want is for my name to be anywhere without my permission. Even with the appointment, I had to wait for quite awhile and then they didn't have the car pulled out. I complained and they said it would be 5 minutes. It was nearly 20 and the salesman had help. What is the point of making an appointment? The worst though is that the salesman's breath and body odor were so strong and disgusting, I had to open a window even though it was 35 degrees. I don't think I could have gotten away from it even if I had put the convertible top down. I feel bad, but this guy didn't seem sick. In the meantime, it had gotten dark, but they nicely pulled the car into the well-lit service area for me. I uncovered undisclosed damage to the Certified Pre-Owned car and it was completely overpriced. It was clear I was not having a good experience, so they stayed away and I never got to tell anyone about the smell. The facility is nice, but visiting this dealership completely wasted my valuable time. I will NEVER visit this dealership again. I was nauseous from the smell for hours. I ended up buying my BMW at Morristown BMW and had the best car-buying experience I've ever had with Shaun Hayes. More
