When I arrived at the dealership, Kalesa was right there to greet us, and handed us over to Larry Stokes. Well, I never knew a test drive could be so much fun! Larry had us laughing the whole time, but was also extremely detail oriented in finding what I wanted...and he did. He anticipated what needed to be done to get the car ready, was communicative and accommodating, and helped me work out the finance plan that was best for me. The service department fixed a small scratch on the back bumper within a couple of days to have it ready for me. I am thrilled with my purchase...a 2008 BMW X3 with 34,500 miles.
