He spent a great deal of time with on the phone from start to finish. When I walked in the door this past Monday, he had everything ready to make the transaction seamless. Ivan Romero also spent time with me on the phone to assist me with payoff options. During the transaction on Monday, he was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had been shopping around for a 2012 BMW 335i Convertible fully loaded for weeks. Had no luck with deals or good salesman so I started to lose hope. From the minute I got there, John approached me and treated me like any customer should be treated at a dealership. The guy is a true salesman with no bad intentions. It took a while for us to both agree on a deal but it was worth every minute and every penny to get it done. John treats his customers with the utmost respect and gives details for every specific you need to know about your car and contract (buying of leasing).
