The reason I gave a 5 start rating for this dealership is because from the moment i walked in the experience was great i was greated and offered beverages everyone was very courtious. He was very knowledgeable and was very detailed with the answers to the questions i had(and they were many) he was also very patient with me which is a plus fr me as I was a first time BMW buyer! John showed me the car i was interested in he gave me the run down on the features ect.Bottom line I purchased my first BMW thanks to this team. I would def recommend to anyone. I feel they went above and beyond to make me feel 100% sure of the investment I was making! Thanks guys! More

awesome experience at bmw of bloomfield. the way they treat their customers is how a bmw customer should be treated. i has switched service dealerships since bmw of bloomfield was just on the other side treat their customers is how a bmw customer should be treated. i has switched service dealerships since bmw of bloomfield was just on the other side of town and thank god i did. service at paul miller bmw started good then became bad so i went to bmw of bloomfield and i am very happy overall. the service technician even found that the spark plugs that were supposedly "replaced" at paul miller bmw were not replaced and were old and worn out ones. thank you bmw of bloomfield for an enjoyable experience, one that is so much better than paul miller. p.s. i filed a complaint against paul miller bmw and will never go back to that dealership More
