We then worked with Ivan who streamlined the purchasing paperwork and spared us from too many details as well as going the extra mile to secure a loan that best fit our needs. We had to make a return visit to pick up our registration card as well as have a minor issue repaired and we were very impressed with the speedy and VIP treatment we received by everyone we met. We've rated them a 5 and would highly recommend the people and the dealership because of the smoothness, professionalism and overall red-carpet experience. On the negative side, there were only three very minor items - worth mentioning for dealership improvement purposes but not sufficient to undermine their CSAT score: 1) we kept hearing about how they used a real pro who would (and did) repair a few tears in the "leather" on the driver's seat, however the material is leatherette (which doesn't breathe) not real leather which we thought it was - oops, our bad for not reading the label; 2) I think we could have been shown a few tips on how to use some of the features of the vehicle even though it was a pre-owned and not a new model; and 3) we had to have the vehicle inspected and the NJ Motor Vehicles inspector said that if we had been given a certain document by the dealership we could have gotten an inspection sticker good for 2 years instead of a sticker only valid for 10 months.
