My experience at the BMW in Bloomfield today was by far the best service I have recieved by a sales representative. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Gomes to the actual closing, I not once felt like 'just the best service I have recieved by a sales representative. He demonstrated patience and a genuine interest. Purchasing a car can be quite an unnerving experience, and I felt such ease. When I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, my car was waiting with a beautiful red ribbon and he even offered to take photos of my family and I for keepsake.
