He comes off as having a laid back, quiet demeanor but is the most polite, respectful and mannerable young man that I've experienced in quite some time. His kindness was over the top yet genuine. I went to see someone else who did not report for work that day and Rajahn Felisbret offered assistance. What sold me was when "I thought" I saw the person that I was supposed to see, Rajahn offered to relinquish his position and "turn me over" to the other salesman. That was so admirable, demonstrating pure integrity! I am sold and as I live and breathe, I am a "Beemer" for life! The service department is matchless! He treat us with so much pleasure, respect, and with so much patience in providing us all the information we need in purchasing a car that we thought we can't afford. This dealership also don't give false advertisement, they can actually give you the best deal in your life in buying a car, what you see online is what you get or even better deal when you go there, so I highly recommend this dealership. This is our 2nd BMW car, we bought the first one in a different dealership and our experience there was not as great as in this dealership. We really had a bad experience in our previous dealership to a point that I told myself never to buy a BMW again. But that change when I went to this dealership, I was treated here with so much respect, they never look at you as if you can't afford to buy. All the people here are very professional, and I also tried their service here, and they gave you a VIP treatment. They offer you sandwich, food, drinks and you can also ask for an IPad while you wait for your car to get to service. So I would say, not only the sales here is great but their services as well.
