My 528i was tow there for auto body repair due to accident. Its been there for 2 weeks now. I was told my car will be ready middle of last week. Today I called and I was told they are still waiting f accident. Its been there for 2 weeks now. I was told my car will be ready middle of last week. I have to call few times in order to get information about my car. The receptionist told me I can call the sub-auto body myself to find out more about the car. AFAIK, I paid BMW of Bloomfield for repair, I don't need to contact third party sub myself. Now I am still driving a nissan sentra as replacement. I still don't have time to get my car back. A phone call with an update is a common courtesy in business. More
