I will start off by saying that Anthony Cerillo, General Manager, worked with me to give me the best price that I would be comfortable with. Finally, Jack Gomes took the time to go over every aspect of the car with me, and I felt very comfortable driving away afterwards. 10 stars to everyone!! More

This was my second experience with the Bloomfield bmw team and I have to say John made this experience incredibly delightful. Not only was he concerned with what I was looking for in a vehicle but he ans team and I have to say John made this experience incredibly delightful. Not only was he concerned with what I was looking for in a vehicle but he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the product. That in itself made me feel comfortable in my decision to purchase my brand new convertible bmw today which I'm in love with! He stayed with us late and gave us exceptional customer service. We could not finalize the car that evening we returned back to the dealership next day. Shahid had his day off he still came to work for us. He stayed with us the entire day, until the car was ready and all the paperwork was done. We never felt that we were under any pressure or were rushed to make a decision. He was very polite and professional. In my lifetime I have bought and sold many cars, this was the best car buying expereince I ever had. I was recently searching for a pre-owned BMW 7 series. I came across an ad listed on Cars.com and reached out to the dealer. I first spoke with Mike who answered all my questions over the phone and went ou came across an ad listed on Cars.com and reached out to the dealer. I first spoke with Mike who answered all my questions over the phone and went out of his way to make sure I wasn't wasting my time visiting them to purchase the vehicle since I'm from out-of-state. Upon my arrival to the dealership, we were quickly greeted by Dmitriy. Dmitriy showed us the vehicle, took us for a test-drive and answered all our questions quickly and efficently. When it came time to discuss our trade, we spoke to Mohamed Fahmi who was very polite and fair with our trade, and kept us happy! We finalized the deal with Steven, who I must say is very precise with his numbers. There are no guessing, no over-charging for fees like most dealerships...this is THE FIRST dealership i've been too who did this! Steven wasn't pushy and we felt comfortable throughout the entire sales process. I drove off in the car i've been searching for and needless to say, extremely happy! I do recommend anyone who's in the market for a New BMW, Pre-Owned BMW or Non-BMW pre-owned vehicle to definately give these guys a chance and stop by! They are top-notch! #1 in my book! More
