My wife purchased a pre-owned X5 here and we had some issues with an oil leak that was not detected before the car was sold to us. Jeff Couch and the Service team stepped in and worked diligently to re issues with an oil leak that was not detected before the car was sold to us. Jeff was amazing, he called us everyday with updates on the status of the car, what was done and when it might be ready. If a deadline was approaching and would be missed, Jeff always called us. The cause of the leak was minor, but the work to get to it was extensive and Jeff and the service folks made sure the job was done correctly. What could have been a bad experience was turned around into an opportunity to supply exceptional service and Bloomfield BMW stepped up big time! We are eternally grateful for the effort Jeff led with the dealership firmly behind him. More

I just bought a CPO car and my first BMW. I met a salesperson initially who was busy and directed me to Shahid. Shahid was really friendly and answered all my questions. In 2 hours, i had enough information to commit on the spot to a car i had test driven. After the buying process began, he took care of most of my issues. All i did, was, go with a check and take the keys. I would certainly recommend working with Shahid and visiting this dealership for a BMW. P.S: Be careful of the finance department, they did the Bait-n-Switch trick on me, and hence the lesser rating on Price. More

Spoke with the Parts Dept and the individual refused to give me a part number. Upon requesting a Supervisor, the individual laughed at me and transferred me. Thereafter Mark (Supervisor) informed me that give me a part number. Upon requesting a Supervisor, the individual laughed at me and transferred me. Thereafter Mark (Supervisor) informed me that they do not "Normally" give Part Numbers out. I asked him what is the exception since "Normally" they do not give out this information. He could not give me a reason and proceeded to give me an incomplete Part Number in order to get me off the phone. More

I highly recommend Shahid to any first time car buyer or anyone who looking to buy a car. I went to a previous bmw dealership and the salesman was straight up forward. I received a call a day after i left the dealer and asked "When can i pick up my car" ?!! Shahid gets the job DONE. More

Worst customer service ever!! I took my car in with mist coming in the left headlight and bad left door panel. The service rep (Trevor) told me that I probably hit my car somewhere which could be the reason coming in the left headlight and bad left door panel. The service rep (Trevor) told me that I probably hit my car somewhere which could be the reason for things going bad on the left side of the car. I had to literally provide the pictures with dates when the headlight and door panel was last worked on by them and it wasn't done correctly. Then after the car was serviced I found out that the headlight stopped working completely and I asked him to fix it. He was just too rude and kept saying that they will not work on the headlight until I pay them $140 for diagnosis. This is just bad customer service and a malpractice on braking something to ask the customer for money. I will not recommend anyone going there. The management has changed and all the good old people have left BMW of Bloomfield. Not a kind of customer service you would expect from a brand like BMW! More

When I showed up to buy the car, I had my checkbook with me, but they had not told me that I needed to bring a certified check. Since I was coming to Bloomfield from an hour away, rather than making me return to the dealership, they had a salesman deliver the car to my home. That's great service. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and I will tell them to ask for Danielle. More
