Great Service and a Great Save for Erhard I just got finished writing a review for my purchase of a CPO 2017 BMW X4 M40i over at Farmington Erhard (sister dealer -- same ownership). It was not I just got finished writing a review for my purchase of a CPO 2017 BMW X4 M40i over at Farmington Erhard (sister dealer -- same ownership). It was not glowing given the issues I experienced over there both during and post-purchase. I do love the actual car so I marked it average (three stars). After the second set of service issues materialized in less than a month after purchase -- this one calling for a full BMW service with constant red-alert on my screen -- I decided to stop working with Farmington given I had a bad taste in my mouth and I decided to try Bloomfield (this review). I called Ryan Cornell and spoke to him about my issues and he was very understanding and apologetic. We played email/phone tag for a week or two, but by the time I got in there, he had cleared all the service charges even though his dealer wasn't really responsible, apologized for the laundry list of things that had gone wrong (these are detailed in the other review of Farmington Sales), provided me a loaner, and ultimately got me all patched up in a matter of hours. The car was also thoroughly cleaned beyond just a basic wash, which was a really nice touch given the time of year (dead of winter in Michigan). Thank you so much, Ryan and Bloomfield Erhard. I look forward to using you for future service and appreciated your comment at the end when I was driving off: "We hope we don't need to see you until next year." Perfect. Great service.
