Communication was consistently clear and proactive, and she was always accessible whenever I had a question or needed assistance. On the one day she was unavailable, she personally coordinated a seamless handoff to Sam, who was equally exceptional. Sam continued the sales process without missing a beat. Sam went above and beyond to accommodate the distance. He helped coordinate a test drive for a relative of mine, walked me through the various options, and ultimately advocated on my behalf to secure the final sale price. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference. To top it all off, I had the pleasure of working with David, the finance manager. He understood that I was an out-of-state buyer and, rather than pushing unnecessary add-ons or services that he knew I would not be able to take advantage of, he focused on making the transaction straightforward and efficient. A few FedEx packages later, the paperwork was complete and the sale was finalized. I have come to believe that the success of any company ultimately comes down to its people. Firstly, I've been coming to this dealer for over 15 years, and never had a problem... Until NOW. This maybe due to ownership change and lower standard of work. Do NOT go to this dealership if you care years, and never had a problem... Until NOW. This maybe due to ownership change and lower standard of work. Do NOT go to this dealership if you care about your paint! Took the car to the body shop for an insurance job. They installed the hood well, but their detailing/car wash team put scratches in my paint. The dealer told me to come back and they'll 'buff out' the scratches, only to add more holograms and marks. The manager Kenny Tran then assured me that come back and they'll fix the holograms and scratches. I wait a week and called them only to find out the car was already done. When I got the car back and checked the paint under sunlight, more deep scratches and holograms all over the car. The detailer didn't even wash the car before detailing it, adding more swirls from the dirt and bugs on the car. I was afraid this was going to happen and said let me just take the car to my detailer, and they can send me a reimbursement. Now my car has scratches all over. DO NOT take your car here if you care about the paint, they WILL scratch your paint. Shame that this dealer's quality went downhill after changed ownership. Would NOT recommend. More
