I visited Erhard BMW today for an oil change. Brian was very helpful. When my car was finished he brought the keys to me, sanitized them and thanked me for my business. My experience with Mike Hood was and always has been terrible. I think Mike Hood is a racist. He told me today to go somewhere else and have my breaks done since that's what I did before.
