After waiting two-hours for BMW Roadside Assistance to show up(they didn’t) I took the advice of your service advisors and drove my car twenty miles to Erhard.The big chunk of metal lodged in the tire ultimately discharged. I had never driven on Run Flat tire’s before. Didn’t know I could. And when i arrived 40 minutes before closing on a Friday, Erhard changed my tire and evening serviced my brakes! Thank you! More
