I dealt with Mike Hood, who was very credible, fair, and professional. They repaired the car, was perfect condition when returned. The cost was fair and reasonable, and they detailed it prior to return. Was very satisfied with the repair and price and would recommend them. I will take it nowhere else now. More

I decided to buy the vehicle of interest, if I could get it for a fair price along with a fair amount for my trade-in. Jeni respected my knowledge of vehicles and my knowledge of the car buying process. There were no high pressure tactics or arm twisting involved in the negotiations. We reached a deal that I believe worked for both sides. I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from Jeni and BMW of Bloomfield Hills in the future. More
