Agreed on a deal via email, then they completely ghosted me. I've sent numerous emails to both Shannon and Steve but not one of them took the time to reply. I was completely satisfied with Erhard BMW Bloomfield Hills service, after I took my BMW to perform the recall last year. Because of that experience, I took it again to the shop on July 29, 2020, to c Hills service, after I took my BMW to perform the recall last year. Because of that experience, I took it again to the shop on July 29, 2020, to check Emissions light. My service advisor is Brian Kolber. I wish Erhard would return my BMW's clean after service. He then emailed me to come back on Friday, July 31 to change new parts. In bottom of his email said, Check Engine light-Diagnosis - RADIATOR BLINDS.5076 SOP. While waiting outside of the customer room, around half hour, he came to see me and said " you can kill me, they sent me the wrong parts!". He also said, I will call you on Monday August 3rd. But he will never call me at all, until I called him back on Tuesday August 4th. When last talking with him that day, sounds like he can't find the replaced parts. He just said " It's ok, you can continue to drive even to California". As for me, it's not ok, because of the owner's manual warning that, "the Emissions are deteriorating if I continue to drive". Right now, it's more than 2 weeks, still I haven't heard any thing about new parts come in. So, do Erhard service advisor team can solve these problems?. I am very disappointed, my car is just 2 years old. Please let me know as soon as possible. More
