Ryan was great, he got me in and out quickly on both ends and kept me informed each day. I really appreciated that as I had to squeeze in the drop off and pick up in my busy work schedule. Some room for improvement for the dealership: I scheduled the car to come in for oil change and recall well in advance and it needed some parts. Would have been nice if the parts were ordered ahead of time so my car was in the shop for less amount of time since they knew what the recall was already. Also, I was told when I leased my car that the dealer would put me in a car equally as nice or nicer. I have a 330xi M sport and was put in a x1, so I definitely was missing my car!! Would have been a good marketing idea to put me in what I would be planning to lease next time around. Overall, great service and really appreciate having a loaner and the quick in and out, car is in perfect shape now and had a nice wash! More

When having service it would be nice to have your technician put down Floor mats.. my floor mats were dirty on a car that was immaculate!!
