Went in for service (oil change) and from the time you roll into the garage it’s red carpet service. Although I had to wait on my specialist, he was with another customer, once he took care of that custom roll into the garage it’s red carpet service. Although I had to wait on my specialist, he was with another customer, once he took care of that customer he (Chen) didn’t miss a beat. Very comfy waiting room and all staff has always been pleasant. While waiting for my specialist the guy seated next to him (he finished with his customer first) greeted me & others to find our needs, helped if able or communicated that our care specialist would be right with us. We, all customers waiting, were never just ignored. Glad I chose this dealership earlier this year to make my purchase! More

Our Pre-Owned Client Advisor, Jeni', has great energy and very personable. We specifically asked for her, when going into Erhard to purchase our 2nd BMW from her. My SA was friendly, But kept my vehicle 6 days and only after I called him to check on my vehicle could only tell me if you spend $1500 it might solve your problem.
