I had service on my 2008 BMW X3.. The car was miss-firing and sluggish. Mike at service wrote up the car and said they wild call me when it was finished. Took my in to check on a knocking sound in the rear and to change the oil. I felt welcomed. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I was able to work using their wifi. The attendant who receiv to change the oil. I felt welcomed. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I was able to work using their wifi. The attendant who received me was polite and my service representative did a great job identifying the problem and got it fixed. A loose bolt on the strut in the rear. The service took a lot longer than I thought it would but he kept me updated. The car was nicely washed and vacuumed before it was returned to me. As usual great service with the usual red carpet approach. Mike my sales rep is great could not ask for anyone more helpful. More

Poor salesman. the salesman did not know about the car he was trying to sell. I knew the model that I wanted but I did not know the trim that would give me all of the features that were important to me. he was trying to sell. I knew the model that I wanted but I did not know the trim that would give me all of the features that were important to me. I thought that a high end car like the BMW would have the features that I wanted so I didn't ask. I was wrong! A smart salesman would have asked me what features were important to me. His only concern seemed to be just to make the sale. Now I am stuck with a car that I really don't want. The salesman was inexperienced!!! My first question next time will be, do you have experience and do you know about the car you are trying to sale??? More
