Our 330 GT had a fluid leak. My wife took it to Rochester BMW. She had to Uber to and from work because they said they didn't have any loaners. Later that day, they called and told her there was no leak. They said they removed all of the splash guards, looked all over and nothing was leaking. It was obvious because you could see the fluid right under the exposed transfer case. Not to mention the spots on the driveway every morning, I spoke to 2 sales agents (Jeni and Sabrina) and they both suggested we take the car to Erhard. The service advisor, Brian Kolber was very pleasant and efficient. I was given a loaner car (No Uber) and on my way to work in about 15 minutes. Within a short time, Brian called and confirmed there was a leaking seal on the transfer case. He said it might take an extra day to get the part and complete the repair. The car was fixed the following day and I was in and out in 10 minutes. It's very refreshing to have such a positive experience. I usually expect some complication or hitch when getting service on anything. The experience at Erhard was superior to the service we got from the 1st dealership. Finally, I got a nice text saying "Welcome To The BMW Family" I will be returning soon to check out some of their merchandise. More
Excellent service, which was more than I expected. I decided to purchase a vehicle from this dealership which was out of state for me, so I flew in to pickup the vehicle and they sent someone to the air decided to purchase a vehicle from this dealership which was out of state for me, so I flew in to pickup the vehicle and they sent someone to the airport to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
I have been a customer of Erhard since 2013 having leased three new vehicles from the dealership with expectations to lease a fourth in January 2021. This is my first review of Erhard; however, any previous three new vehicles from the dealership with expectations to lease a fourth in January 2021. This is my first review of Erhard; however, any previous review would have always been a 5 out of 5. There was nothing particularly bad about my most recent service visit for an oil change. I just felt that it was average at best compared to the service I am used to receiving. Also, I was at the dealership well over two hours which seems excessive compared to my previous visits for similar services. Further, on previous service visits I normally work with Ryan Cornell or Mike Hood and they have always been fantastic in terms of customer service. My experience with Charles was very average compared to both Ryan and Mike. I did make an appointment with Charles that I had scheduled a few days previously online; however, I got the impression he was not expecting me. I wouldn't normally care and perhaps circumstances are a little different with COVID-19 but again compared to my previous service visits working with Mike and Ryan it was a little surprising. Also, one thing I was somewhat expecting or maybe hoping for was to have the fee waived for my oil change as I was just past the 36,000 miles and service period on my lease. The fee for an oil change was waived by Mike Hood and David Nank in Sales when I turned in my old lease and purchased my current vehicle in December 2017. There was no such offer from Charles, just a matter of fact tone that I was outside the service period for both time and miles along with a quote for the price of the oil change. Overall, it just felt very impersonal and what I had absolutely come to disdain from other dealerships prior to coming to Erhard. I am hopeful that this was just a one time occurrence and future visits will return to the high level of service I have come to expect the last 7+ years. More

Reduced hours are a bit challenging as it guarantees I'll be very late for work. But other than that, they are always accommodating.
