The follow up and follow through was poor. I rarely feel as if my satisfaction is a priority. My car was returned and the plastic pieces surrounding the component that was replaced were not in place. The door in my trunk that covers the electronics was not replaced either. My door lock settings were changed. When dealing with my service rep it always appears that he would rather be doing something else. In fact he does do other things. For example, his phone rang while I was talking to him and he picked up the phone and resolved that customer's issue. Please assign me to a different service representative. The greeter in the service department was very pleasant. The man who drove me home was also attentive and friendly. More
