Great experience buying my first BMW automobile. Harold was great to work with. Showed me some of the features before a test drive. Had the option of taking the test drive alone or with the sales person. Could make the test drive as long as I wanted and on whatever roads or highways I wanted to test. Harold gave me many options for vehicles that were in stock at Erhard, in stock at other dealers or if I wanted to order built to my specs. Harold gave me very detailed training at delivery so I could be somewhat familiar with all of the technology on the new vehicle. As the vehicle is brand new I don't have experience with service. That said the do have loaners if you schedule service in advance and the facility is very nice should you want to wait while routine service is performed. I was introduced to Harold's manager who visited with me each time I was at the showroom. Very impressed with the customer service provided so far, it was a great experience. More

Clean, new and excellent people. Absolutely top notch and the best we’ve can be exceptional, from the quality of their cars, to our salesperson (Jeni) to our service advisor (Ryan). Absolutely top notch and the best we’ve ever dealt with. In fact, this is the first time we have ever gone back the same salesperson to buy a car. Jeni did an outstanding job in talking to both me - for the more technical and financial side - and my wife - for the comfort and convenience features. Jeni listened to our needs and desires, helped us find exactly what we were both looking for and then met our price. We plan to see her again in four years for our next car. More
