Brought our X3 in for factory recall repair. The work was done as outlined by the service rep. There was a problem with the installation which meant that the vehicle was going to be tied up for several days done as outlined by the service rep. Had the pleasure of working with Jeni a few days ago, and I'm glad when I called shes the one who picked up. Didn't pressure me into anything let me just do what I needed to do and she made a sale! Looks like lots of others are saying good things about her also. So you wont pick wrong choosing to have her help you. She was very knowledgeable about the bmw I was looking at. Jeff the pre-owned sales manager, he shouldn't be in this business with his attitude. HOW DARE he speak to anyone like how he speaks to people. The owner should be ashamed for having someone like him represent his business. Had it not been for how professional Jeni was, I would have walked out of the dealership, when I heard what Jeff was screaming. Jeni Gets 5/5! But dealership as a whole is getting a 4/5 because of the rude comments made by Jeff. More
