Sales experience was ok, I think, but I've had this certified 540 into service 3x for the same issue. 1st time was rusted rotors, 2nd was a constant vibration from from wheels, they straightened 1 rim, certified 540 into service 3x for the same issue. 1st time was rusted rotors, 2nd was a constant vibration from from wheels, they straightened 1 rim, went in 3rd time, straightened another rim. Still have the same vibration, especially noticeable at highway speeds. Can't rate them above a 3. They've always been pleasant to work with but that hasn't fixed my issue. More
