Service from the dealer and Roadside assistance was outstanding. They were helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt in resolving our issue. My car was towed to the dealer in the evening by a serv outstanding. They were helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt in resolving our issue. My car was towed to the dealer in the evening by a service procured by BMW roadside assistance. By 9:00 the following morning I had received a call from Erhard Service Department to discuss the issue and was told it may take a couple of days. By mid-day the following day, the service was completed and I was able to pick my vehicle back up. The issue was resolved and explained and I was on my way. Extremely good service always! More
