He has been the heart and soul of my interaction and I have never had a bad experience with him or the dealership. I can comment also on the ambience of the place. It is bright, pleasant and comfortable, if you had to wait. (the hot chocolate wasn't bad either!) I waited and when the car was not ready in the time Mike and I thought it would be, Mike came to me, and forthrightly told me so, offered me a loaner and promised it would be ready the following morning.
