I've been a customer of this dealership since 2006. Chen Yen in service has been absolutely exceptional the entire time. Reliable, fair, honest, and attentive. Because of him, I've now purchased my 3rd additional BMW directly from this dealership (2 under the prior owner and 1 just last week under Penske as the owner.). Chen recommended Gloria Medina for a salesperson, which ended up being an excellent experience as well. She was attentive to my needs and questions, never tried to upsell or be pushy, and I never once had to bother her for updates with my order process or shipping of the vehicle. Often she would email me before I had time to check the tracking website. The car was prepped gorgeously for delivery, including being presented to me under a silver cloth with a congratulations sign and balloons, so there was a 'reveal' of my new vehicle. It may seem silly, but it was clear that they cared a ton about me having a personal, individual experience with my vehicle. It ended up being a lot of fun. The finance manager was also great - not pushy, fair, explained things briefly and answered my questions. (Out of 5 car purchases in the last 9 years, I've never had a finance manager be this pleasant to work with.) The employees at this BMW dealer care about their customers and treat you well. From my first service appointment with a used BMW I didn't buy from them, to last week's brand new car delivery, I have zero problems and MANY positive experiences with this dealership. I see the same people there time after time, which tells you how much they're invested in a career there, not 'just a job.' More

We just took possession of our new 3 series BMW. The experience was great and Audrey our sales rep was excellent.
