My home dealer for my BMW is BMW of Rochester Hills. However, when my own dealership would not answer their phone, told me it would be at least a day or two to fix my flat tire and then gave me a quote However, when my own dealership would not answer their phone, told me it would be at least a day or two to fix my flat tire and then gave me a quote that was not in line with the industry on the tire. I reached out to BMW of Bloomfield Hill specifically, Michael Hood who not only answered the phone, but told me I could come right in, get the tire fixed and have my vehicle back within 1.5 hours. Not only that but, the quote Mike Hood gave was in line with the industry and he even gave me a 10% discount on the work when my own dealership would not. The customer service at Bloomfield Hills BMW was amazing and very professional. They serviced me even though they were busy with appointments and I did not purchase from them. I will on my next purchase though. Oh did I say they even cleaned my vehicle up ❤️ More
