Replaced lower control arm bushings Was in earlier for a routine oil change on my 2002 330i BMW when they found a rubber bushing on the front suspension had failed. Bushings had failed Was in earlier for a routine oil change on my 2002 330i BMW when they found a rubber bushing on the front suspension had failed. Bushings had failed twice before in 2012 and 2015 and were replaced at a BMW dealership in California. No potholes there, so the quality of of the genuine BMW replacement bushings are in question. Erhard BMW of Bloomfield expeditiously did the work this 3rd time so hopefully, the 3rd time is the charm. The service advisor, Bob Ufolla, was very helpful and understanding - especially when I told him the history of the problem. I have been going to this dealership since 1977 and recommend them highly. More

Chuck is the best. I cannot say enough about the timely and professional service at Bloomfield Erhard. I was able to get a scheduled appt. on the same day I called in.
