I wanted a few particular options and he was able to locate two beautiful x3's that would meet my needs. We took a test drive, and I selected a car, and he was able to find a couple of ways to discount the price. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend this dealership. More
Terrible attitude I was really looking forward to buying my second BMW from this dealership. However, when I came back in (with a very large down payment) to negotiate I was really looking forward to buying my second BMW from this dealership. However, when I came back in (with a very large down payment) to negotiate the price and complete the deal the salesman did not even try to hide his irritation. When I didn't accept their negotiated price he got an even bigger attitude and walked away...no "thank you for coming in" or "Sorry we couldn't work it out." What he did say as he walked away was a very snarky, "Unbelievable". I truly regret not walking out at the first hint of an attitude. Without the attitude I probably would have accepted their price. One of the worst examples of salesmanship I have ever seen. He did nothing to make me want to buy the care from him (in fact it was the opposite) and I really wanted to buy the car. More

I am new to BMW and Erhard and I was pleasantly surprised to find exceptional service on my first visit. Mike Hood was my advisor and he took the time to answer my questions and explain the differences with my BMW. He also made the comment "Welcome to the family", which is what I felt was lacking with other dealerships. The staff at Erhard wants me to enjoy my car and not just be a past purchase. Thank you, I appreciate the professionalism and the attention. More

Had both of my BMW’s serviced last week. Our service manager was Chen Yen, he was extremely courteous as well as knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
