We had a very good experience with our sales David Nank, who is friendly and responsive. I was planning to trade in my car but changed my mind at last minute, they agreed with no problem, really appreciate that, since I got extra $2500 by selling my car to a different dealer. hahaha. Picking up the car on Monday evening, David spent 30+ minutes explaining, very dedicated and professional. Hope my car runs well so I don't have to bother you. :) More

The facility is beautiful, really appreciate the office space when available (enjoy that more than my home office, quite frankly), and the staff is just top-notch all around. While taking a car in for service doesn't usually rank highly on the list of enjoyable experiences, the team at Erhard BMW is defying that perception. More
