The best car buying experience ever Absolutely exceptional experience at Motor Werks. I came in from out of state and sometimes this can be a hit or miss, but after talking with my sales Absolutely exceptional experience at Motor Werks. I came in from out of state and sometimes this can be a hit or miss, but after talking with my sales consultant Daniel and getting all the details, he offered to video chat with me and took time to show me around the car. Then Michael, the Sales Manager, gave me an exceptional deal. Everything about the deal was very transparent and that eased any doubts I might've had. I was able to come out an hour before they were closing on Saturday and was done before they closed. Most of that hour was actually spent with Randy ( another sales consultant) and Daniel just chatting about cars. We even went and checked out a GT3 RS and a Huracán in the showroom. I signed the paper work with Aldijana, the sales manager and she was very professional and didn't try to upsell me on all the add-ons you usually get bullied into buying at most other dealers. This is how all dealers should be doing business and I'm extremely pleased with the whole experience and the vehicle I purchased. Did I mention I also got a great deal on the purchase, by far the lowest price on comparable vehicles in a 1000 mile radius. More

I found the model i ws interested in. I recieved a quote over email from Michea,l BMW Sales Mgr and set up a test drive. The BMW fit great during the drive and Robert Dunford, Client Advisor ,answered all my questions and explained everything. In my recent visit, when I arrived to the BMW Barrington they told me that the sales manager Sharon Lee would be taking care of me when I initially saw her I said to my sister… oh boy here comes trouble (LOL) It doesn’t look like I’m not going to get the deal that I want she’s too serious looking “that’s why you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover” Sharon Lee, not only gave me exceptional customer service she went above and beyond to take care of my needs she gave me the deal that I was expecting and more!,, and on top of that I requested some liners and she honored that request. Sharon exceeded exceptional service, professionalism, kindness and understanding. I am forever grateful to have been taken care of by Sharon Lee, keep up the good work Sharon I will definitely be back. I also want to knowledge Ryan Durso, Finance Manager for his professionalism and understanding. Went to the dealer in person and although I had no appointment, Sharon the sales manager greeted me and set me up with Chris, who was able to help me until the deal was done. The initial trade in value offer was way below what I would expect and have accepted, however they did honor what I was offered by another BMW dealer to win my business. Got a follow up call after my purchase, to make sure all was going well and they then set me up to talk to the BMW Genius tech person. Would have been better to have been offered this opportunity while there in person rather than being set up after I had to request it over the phone - hopefully they can make this change in the future. Also like the fact I could deal with the sales person via text rather than wasting lots of time on phone calls. Will definitely return when purchasing again. More
