Fantastic buying experience! Last Friday I flew from Grand Rapids, Michigan, one way, with the intention of purchasing a BMW automobile from Motor Werks of Barrington, IL. I traveled there on good faith after reviewing various vehicles online in the Motor Werks inventory. I have to say that it was a fantastic experience! I grew up in the car business, my father was in the business in one capacity or another for almost 50 years, so I am familiar with the industry. I can honestly say that Motor Werks is the best operation I have ever seen. My sales representative, Anthony D'Agostino was awesome!! Anthony was prepared for my arrival, very professional, well educated about the products he was selling, courteous, and not pushy. Anthony educated me about the vehicles in which I was interested, was patient and let me make my own decision. I ended up purchasing a 2019 BMW M2 Competition, with which I am delighted, I could go on and on about the performance of the car, but that is for another review. We had to wait for the car to ship from Germany so it took about 25-30 days. Ian kept us up to date on the progress of the transport advising us it was in Baltimore, left Baltimore etc. We had to turn our lease in before the new car arrived, so Ian, Mike and Chris were very accommodating, putting us into a loaner for a few days. The overall experience during this process exceeded my expectations but proves to me Motorwerks understands the concept of customer satisfaction to the fullest. More

Sahil is one of those guys that says he will do something and then actually does it. He is great at following up and guiding us through the process. He was great at finding us the exact cars we wanted (we bought 2) and is very knowledgeable about all the equipment. Honestly, he made things easy for us. I've bought other cars there before, but Sahil was the most responsive and responsible person that I worked with. Our experience with Nicole in finance was also great and she was able to explain things to us clearly and quickly. Others on the team were also great. Everyone in the dealer really seemed to value the experience that I was having, wanting me to be satisfied....and I really was. I will always stop by this dealer when looking for a new BMW. More
