My first big purchase made easy and enjoyable! I am in my late 20s, and I finally decided to purchase a new car. My fiances family has purchased cars with Motor Werks in Barrington, so I decided to check out this place. Agnes contacted me in a timely manner after seeing a car on the website. I went in to the dealership the following day to test drive some cars. She asked what I was looking for, and I gave her general ideas of what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about cars, and she really helped me narrow it down to the car I truly love! She was so patient with me throughout the whole journey, and she even helped me get a great deal! I am extremely happy with my purchase. They are very transparent and do not want to keep any secrets from their customers! Ryan was the financial person who explained to me in detail all the other options I had with my car- additional packages that could save me a lot of money down the road! They really care about their customers and want every person to be happy with their purchase. Overall, this dealership provided the best experience out of all the other ones I have been to. I thought the process of buying my first car would be extremely stressful, especially since I did not even know where to begin. However, with Agnes’ patience and knowledge, I was able to purchase the car that I absolutely LOVE! Thank you for making my experience so amazing! I recommend working with Agnes, not Andy Shah. Agnes is spot on, helpful and friendly. She did a good job explaining options. I totally recommend her. We ordered a brand new 2019 and Daniel and Michael made sure we had everything we were looking for and provided updates along the whole way! I have fiancnced 2 cars with Ryan. Great First Car Buying Experience! I had a fantastic first car buying experience and it was all because of Anthony! I have been looking to replace my 1999 Lexus RX300 as it was hitting I had a fantastic first car buying experience and it was all because of Anthony! I have been looking to replace my 1999 Lexus RX300 as it was hitting 307,000. While my Lexus has served me well, I knew it wouldn’t last me much longer. I found a used 2013 Ford Mustang V6 online that was at the BMW of Barrington and after filling out my information, Anthony reached out to me. Anthony was very friendly and helpful! With this being my first time buying a car, I was nervous especially with figuring out the financing part of it. Just a couple months ago I had gone to a different dealership. Long story short, after that salesman had found out I was a full time student-athlete with a part time job, he didn’t take me seriously. He didn’t even offer to run my credit to see my financial options, even though that was the main reason I came in. My experience with Anthony was the complete opposite! After learning of my situation, he and Ryan were eager to help me figure out my options and made it happen! He was very helpful and knowledgeable, even though the car was of a different brand. He even reached out after I had brought the car home to see how everything was going. I would highly recommend Anthony! Thanks again for all your help Anthony!
