Yesenia was a pleasure to work with and was great at following up. Mike was very upfront to offer an excellent and fair proposal. Ryan blended personal experience with the finance products he was offering and matching those to my situation and needs- a true consultative advisor. And Zack was great at navigating (ha!) me through the nav system and dozens of complicated feature setups. More

Agnes is a wonderful salesperson with the passion and drive to make things happen and I guess that is what got me to ultimately make a decision to lease the car from them. The online quote process was simple and straight forward, I knew exactly the car that I was looking for so the next step was to get pricing options on that. Once I got that, I visited the dealership and met Agnes and Mike, we went over the pricing and were finally able to reach a deal. During this process I shopped online and spoke to over 50+ BMW dealerships but the experience was not anything like BMW of Barrington. A week later, I was able to come in to sign the paper work and take the delivery. Agnes made sure that everything was seamless on that day and I was in and out in no time. Aldijana on the finance team had everything pre-approved with BMW Financial Services and there was no pressure or up-selling of any additional services or options and I was able to sign all the paper work in less than 15 minutes. Delivery of the car was smooth - had a BMW Genius (Daniel) go over the new functionality of the iDrive and did a short drive around the lot to answer any questions. Overall a great and pleasant experience! More

Simply put - buy your next BMW from this dealership I was recently surprised with an unexpectedly pleasant experience buying a 2019 X5 from this dealership and specifically Anthony D’gostino as my sales I was recently surprised with an unexpectedly pleasant experience buying a 2019 X5 from this dealership and specifically Anthony D’gostino as my salesman. I requested a price on this X-5 over the internet and their internet team was quick to respond with an attractive offer and passed my request onto Anthony. I live 40 miles from this dealership, but Anthony was effective at sending me emails and texts with photos and videos of this specific X5. At the dealership, Anthony was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and confident in his ability to sell me this X-5. In fact I found every employee I saw or interacted with at this dealership to be more professional than your stereotypical car salesman. Anthony presented a clear buy versus lease option with no last minute “add-on’s” that would increased the price. No pressure, no surprises, no hard sells. I was disappointed with the trade in price they offered, but we were able to negotiate a better price. Signing the paperwork with Ryan Durso, their finance manager, was smooth and effortless - again no pressure to add in unneeded unwanted extras. Ryan went out of his way to provide me with a spreadsheet that detailed how they arrived at the monthly lease payment amount. Overall I would rate Anthony, Ryan, and the BMW of Barrington dealership 5 stars. Go there. Ask for Anthony. Prepare for a car buying experience like no other. More

Yesenia Cruz and Ryan Durso provided a streamlined and professional delivery experience as I was attempting to get on the road ASAP once arriving early morning. I wish this dealership was local to me! Given my experience, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and drive back south...perhaps with the upcoming G80 M3. More
