Truly awesome experience!!! My wife and I purchased a used 2015 Audi A3 from BMW of Barrington. It is the 18th car I have owned and this was by far my best purchasing experience. My wife and I purchased a used 2015 Audi A3 from BMW of Barrington. It is the 18th car I have owned and this was by far my best purchasing experience. Ian Higgins, my sales associate, was amazing. The entire sales process was completely different than the usual car buying experience. Everything was completely transparent as far as pricing details - we were shown all the details on a large screen monitor right at Ian's office area. We were able to complete the entire sales process right from Ian's comfortable office area - no back and forth with a manager or pressure in a finance office. Michael Gargano, Ian's sales manager, was also amazing. He came out to personally thank us for making the almost 2 hour drive and to make sure we were having a good experience, which we of course were. And speaking of finance, Aldijana Hodzic, one of the finance managers, also came out to introduce herself and make sure we were having a smooth and seamless experience with our finance options as well as overall. We were able to sit comfortably in one place and enjoy a free full-service Starbucks - it was a very impressive customer-focused experience. I can't thank Ian, Michael, and Aldijana enough! I know they were "just" doing their job but in my mind they truly went above and beyond in every way. I was treated like family here and for that I am extremely grateful. There is a dealer close to my home which has commercials that say "Our ordinary needs to be extraordinary." I am glad I chose to make the drive to BMW of Barrington because their ordinary truly IS extraordinary! More

Victor Najjar my service adviser set up an appointment & make available a service loaner so I would not have to wait the hour & an half it takes to download the software. He was ready & had all the paperwork done to get me on my way. Except I'm young geezer, & geezers have tendency to ramble on & on. Victor was very generous with his time even though it was obvious he had much work to tend to. The service loan was exactly what I wanted, a new BMW 5 Series so I could compare that model with my newly purchased BMW 7 Series. The 5 Series is really good, but the 7 Series is materially better & worth the extra money. Thomas Munyer the BMW Genius walked me through the steps of working the new remote. He was very knowledgeable, & generous with his time. His enthusiasm was genuine. This is all unsolicited, but when I treated this well I do find he need to show my appreciation. I've always been a car guy, & so getting my car properly serviced has always been a high priority. More

I worked with Mike who was a sales manager who actually reached out to me first and then set me up with Daniel Lopez who was my client advisor through my buying process. Daniel was awesome! Knowledgeable and fun and even sent me a follow up couple hours after I left! Andy who is another manager came out to greet me just to say hi and if I needed anything was a blast to talk with! Lastly Areli greeted me to help me with my car wash sticker super nice lady! and Zack helped me learned everything about my car before I left. Easiest, pain free car buying experience! I contacted Ian about buying a new Civic Si sedan. There were not many in the area in the color that i wanted. Ian spent over a week contacting and s I contacted Ian about buying a new Civic Si sedan. There were not many in the area in the color that i wanted. Ian spent over a week contacting and searching for the exact car I wanted. He would text me daily with news and updates. Finally he found it and had it at the dealer next day all cleaned waiting for me. I walked in the dealer around 11am and left by 1pm even though they dealer was packed. He was able to get me out in less than 2 hours! This was the easiest most paint free car buying experience I have ever had. I will recommend Ian to any of my friends looks for a car. I would I could give more stars!! More
