Follow through is everything I was recently in to have a damaged tire inspected as I was nervous that it would start to fail.. The team identified that the tire did need to be replaced, but noted that they needed to order a new one and the tire should be fine to drive on. Unfortunately the next day the tire started to rapidly lose pressure and I ended up having to pay to have it towed to the dealership for repair. Marc Collura handled the call with the roadside assistance team with me (stayed on the call the entire time) and investigated the service call to see if the tire should have been driven on or if some other action should have been taken by his team. He ended up comping me the tire as he did not feel the team should have released me with the tire damage that was present. His dedication to ensuring I was taken care of when the flat happened, and follow through to ensure his team was providing the best service is exceptional. Additionally, I would be remiss to not mention that Christopher Lima reached out to me the next day to continue to discuss the issue. Mistakes happen, its life.. but the follow up and insistence to go above and beyond any of my expectations was greatly appreciated and really sets the team apart from the competition. Fantastic experience and clearly an exceptional team! More

Service Persistence I had an annoying squeak/chirp coming from under the frame of my 2017 X5 when I would come across a bumpy stretch of road, I want to thank the Motor I had an annoying squeak/chirp coming from under the frame of my 2017 X5 when I would come across a bumpy stretch of road, I want to thank the Motor Werks techs and especially Erik Swanson for finding and correcting this. It took two tries but they did not give up, they knew it was a big deal to me. Erik is just a good guy, very likable and he cares a lot about keeping his customers informed of progress. Victor also went above and beyond to make sure the car I was interested in was available to test drive. He realized I had done my homework on which model I was interested in and didnt waste my time going over superfluous information. Top notch experience! Owning a BMW has always been a dream of mine. The team at BMW of Barrington (Motor Werks) helped make that dream a reality for me today as I drove off Owning a BMW has always been a dream of mine. The team at BMW of Barrington (Motor Werks) helped make that dream a reality for me today as I drove off the lot in my 2019 X3 xdr30i. I started my search online, submitting inquiries to Elmhurst BMW and Bill Jacobs in Naperville. When I realized I had a friend who knew someone at Motor Werks in Barrington, I added them to the list. The first proposal that I received from GM Chris Lima was already $50/month LOWER than the other dealers I had entertained. I knew at this point, Motor Werks was going to be my spot. Sales Manager Mike Gargano took the reigns at this point and directed me to client advisor Chris Holloway for my test drive. Upon my arrival, the vehicle was parked out front, and Chris had both the keys and the plates in his hands to get us on our way. What I appreciated the most about the test drive is that Chris simply let me drive. He didn't try to sell me on the car, talk my ear off by explaining all the cool stuff it did or anything - he just let me enjoy it. If I had a question, I'd ask, and I would get my answer. We poked around the lot to look at some other colors and I picked one out that I liked. We went back to Chris' desk, talked some options, numbers, etc. and then it was on me to decide what to do next. Chris was even willing to locate a model with a specific option I wanted from another location if I really wanted it. When I settled on "the one", Mike and Chris went one step further to see if there were any additional discounts that could be applied - and there were!! At this point I knew it was a done deal. The guys locked in the June incentives for me in the event new ones came out this month and actually honored the new lower lease percentage which knocked my monthly down a few bucks. Mike even offered to touch up a few scratches for me on my existing car as it was also a lease at no cost. I then let Chris know I was ready to do the deal and would be in to get everything authorized. I expressed to him I would like to come pick my new car up during my lunch hour - key word, hour. Chris advised this would not be an issue and they'd have me in and out.....and they did. When I pulled in this morning, my gorgeous X3 could be seen from the main street sparkling out in front. Chris had all my paperwork ready on the screen for authorization, which took maybe 10 minutes after reviewing additional warranty info and signing a few paper docs. I probably spent more time with Tom Munyer getting to know the vehicle - great job Tom, thanks. Bottom line, I highly recommend Motor Werks BMW of Barrington to anyone in the market. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and laid back. I never felt pressured, I never felt like I was being pushed one way or another, I was never told "no", and most importantly I was listened to. Any question I had was promptly answered, whether in person or via email. Thank you Chris, Mike, Chris, and Tom. You guys are rockstars More

I am an avid car guy and know the ins and outs of car buying and leasing and I can assure you they gave me their honest pricing upfront and worked with them on it. They got back to me with real numbers and calculations I had asked for and responded promptly with every request. I worked with Yesenia from start to finish and she was amazing to deal with. She had my best intentions and was willing to work with me on all my requests. She even worked out a home delivery for me for the most seamless transaction I've ever had with a dealership.
