We had an excellent experience at Motor Werks BMW. They had the 2 vehicles we saw on their website ready for us to test drive upon our arrival. We waited less than 2 minutes to see Agnes, our salesperson. We found her to be very low-pressure and honest about the vehicles. Because our visit was quite late on a Saturday, she took all of our information and had the car delivered to our home (approximately 20 miles away) the following Tuesday. The gentlemen who delivered the car took at least 30 minutes to spend with me explaining all of the features and even programmed my garage remote and helped set up Bluetooth. Excellent service and price was terrific for the car we really wanted!! More
